Occasionally hearing devices break. If you accidentally break or damage your devices within 12 months of the date of purchase, our OOPS! Coverage Replacement Discount is available. Here’s how it works: You get a 50% discount off your replacement device purchase. That 50% is equal to half the purchase price of your original device. Your damaged hearing devices must be returned with proof of purchase within 12 months of the date of purchase. May not combined with other discounts or promotions. Does not apply to loss or theft. May be used once within the one-year period following original purchase. This plan covers damages that are not covered by manufacturer's warranty, such as corrosion, water damage, misuse, or improper installation.
