Comfortable and non-occluding (like talking in a bucket)! Use a hybrid ear dome with a thin ear tube to make a slim-tube earmold.

The hybrid dome has features of both the open and closed domes. Its smaller vents provide greater gain and less feedback (whistling) than open domes. On the other hand, unlike "fully-closed" ear domes, the small vents minimize the "occlusion effect". These hybrid domes are recommended for moderate to significant hearing loss.

To get the size you need, measure the widest diameter of the dome in millimeters. Available in 2 sizes. Choose between small and regular size:

• Small: 10 mm (diameter)
• Regular: 12 mm (diameter) - fits most people

To ensure your hearing aids' optimal performance, we highly recommend replacing ear domes every 3 months or whenever:

• Ear domes are damaged
• Ear domes become stiff or discolored
• Ear domes do not fit well
• You experience an increase in whistling
